| 11. Having in a cleanly spot established a firm seat, neither too high nor too low, with cloth, skin, and kusa grass thereon :Cleanly: either naturally so, or made so by artificial improvements. Cloth, should be spread on the seat in the reverse order of their enumeration here.What should be done after establishing the seat ? | ||||

| 11. In a clean place, one should occupy a seat which is not too high nor too low and keeping the body erect should get his mind engrossed in the Self or Atman alone and contemplate upon Paramaatman alone as the ultimate goal. | ||||
