| 19. He who, undeluded,
thus knows Me, the highest Spirit, he, knowing all, worships Me with his
whole being, O Bharata. Me: the Lord as above specified knows: that I am.
He. with his whole being: with his whole thought devoted exclusively to
the Self of all. A knowledge of the true nature of the Lord having been
imparted in this discourse,a knowledge which leads to moksha,it is now extolled
as follows: |
| 19. As, who is their Self
alone, am the real Purusha, I am the Purushottama (the Supreme Purusha).
For this reason only in the Vedas as well as in that world I have the popular
name of, Purushottama. One who knows this as it really or actually is, will
obtain the feeling of seeing the Self or Atman everywhere or in everything
(Sarvatma Bhava) and will contemplate upon Me as being everything and become
omniscient. |
